Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance serves Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Arlington, Falls Church, Prince William and Loudoun Counties, as well as the City of Alexandria and the City of Manassas. During the assessment process, each child receives a comprehensive functional assessment that identifies core deficits and problem behaviors that may be interfering with the child’s ability to learn and participate in daily life at home, school and in the community. Every child’s program is individualized to meet his or her needs, learning style and guided by what is developmentally expected.

Meghan Hoffman, M.Ed., BCBA
Ms Hoffman has worked with individuals on the autism spectrum for 15 years. She received her Masters in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University in 2006 and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She worked as a teacher and supervisor at The Ivymount School for 11 years serving students aged 5 through 21. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University teaching graduate level coursework approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and supervised graduate students in their internships through The University Practicum Program. Meghan continues to provide consultative services to families and schools, working with students aged 2 through 26. In addition to her role as consultant and professor, she provides trainings and workshops to schools and organizations throughout Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.
Behavior Tech Manager
Haili has a Bachelors of Science degree from James Madison University, MA and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Northeastern University, Boston, MA. She is actively pursuing supervision to complete requirements to sit for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board exam. Haili has five years experience as an instructor providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism and other related disorders. Haili’s professional interests include vocational training, daily living skills, functional-communication training and helping to train other staff the most effective/ethical ABA practice. Haili is also the Behavior Tech Manager here at Continuum Behavioral Health. She is in charge of scheduling all of the Behavior Technicians, oversees the Lead Behavior Technician Team, recruitment of Behavior Technicians, maintains Behavior Technicians ongoing professional development and assists with the ABA Home Programming Training.
David Hughes, M.S., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst
David is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with an Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. He has over nine years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities between the ages of 2 and 25. In addition, David has over seven years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. David has worked as a consultant with Continuum since 2015. He enjoys working with clients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that maximize their potential at home, at school, and in the community.
Linda L. Isaza, M.S., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst
Linda Isaza is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master of Science degree in Counseling with Applied Behavior Analysis from NOVA Southeastern University. Linda eared a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Rochester. She began her training at the highly respected New England Center for Children on a residential team with boys ranging in ages from 14-22. Linda spent several years as an ABA therapist in schools in New England that utilize ABA as their treatment methodology for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Her professional experience has also included providing in-home services with an emphasis on the Verbal Behavior Model for teaching functional communication and language skills. Linda has been a Senior Consultant at Continuum since 2014. Currently, Linda specializes in the treatment of individuals ages 2-20, focusing on executive fuctioning skills, daily living skills, play skills, social skills and emotional regulation through Applied Behavior Analysis. Linda believes that everyone has a unique skill set and is dedicated to helping each person develop those skills to reach their full potential.
Meredith Kimener, B.A., BCABA
Board Certified/Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
Mrs. Meredith Kimener is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and junior consultant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She has over 3 years experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum disorders and other related developmental disorders. She began her career as an instructor providing one-on-one in home ABA services for clients ranging in age from 2 to 18 years old as well as center-based instruction focusing on generalizing behaviors and social skills. Meredith continued her work and now provides in-home ABA consultation in Northern Virginia. Her professional interests including working with military families, natural environment teaching, and early intervention.
Melina McCrary, M.S., CCC-SLP
Director of Speech Language Pathology
Ms. Melina McCrary is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist who holds a Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Gallaudet University and a Bachelor of Science degree in the fields of Health Sciences and Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University. Prior to beginning her graduate studies, Ms. McCrary worked with children on the autism spectrum across settings as a Residential Teacher at the Melmark School in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
Rebecca Rath, M.S.
Director of Occupational Therapy
Rebecca J. Rath, holds a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Rebecca’s extensive experience with the pediatric community includes children from birth through the elementary school years in a wide range of medical and educational based settings. Rebecca’s experience includes many pediatric diagnoses, but she is especially recognized for her work as a Certified Early Intervention Provider for the State of Virginia. Rebecca’s clients on the autism spectrum continue to benefit from her advanced training and knowledge in sensory processing disorders. Rebecca combines her expertise with sensory, visual, and fine motor skills to improve children’s independence with written communication in the classroom. Her special interest and expertise in the science of handwriting can be seen in an article she authored, Handwriting 101, Washington Parent, April 2003. Rebecca has designed and executed many therapeutic programs and is excited to launch the OT program here at Continuum to better serve our community
Paola Romero, M.Ed.
Clinical Coordinator-Training Manager
Paola Romero has a Master’s degree in Special
Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. She is actively pursuing supervision to complete requirements to sit for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board exam and has over 4 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Paola began her work in this field in 2011, as an ABA instructor in home settings with children between the ages of 4-6. Later, she worked as a Senior Teaching Assistant in the Autism Program at The Ivymount School located in Rockville, MD. In this position, Paola instructed students between the ages of 8-14 and was responsible for training other teachers and helping with classroom management. In 2013, she participated in a month long volunteer program in Cape Coast, Ghana helping a special needs school learn more about the principles of ABA and how to implement in the classroom. Her professional interests include furthering the use of ABA in other countries and the use of ABA in the public school settings.
Tammy Ko, M.Ed., BCBA.
Senior Behavior Consultant
Tammy found her passion of life in behavioral health during her senior year in college when volunteering for an early intervention program for children with autism. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA, and later she went on to earn her Master of Education degree in Special Education from Texas A&M University, emphasizing in Applied Behavioral Analysis. While in Texas She worked as an autism therapist in a center-based program, leading and designing all kinds of group and one-on-one therapies for individuals across autism spectrum and other developmental disorders with ages ranged from preschooler to adults. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and joined Continuum in 2016, providing consultation and working with children in the autism spectrum as well as with other psychological disorders. Other than her professional interests in functional communication training, social skills, parent training, and promoting public awareness, she also loves singing, reading with a cup of tea, traveling with her husband, and playing with their cat Twinkle.
